Representing the client
from development of requirements, through preparation of contract
documentation, selection of contractors to tender, agreement of
design proposals, price and programme and administration of the
construction phase including monitoring progress and quality of the
works to completion.
Fund
Monitoring
Project monitoring on
behalf of a funder or purchaser and regular reporting on progress
and quality of the works on site and assessment and checking of
developer’s drawdowns.
M&E
Co-ordination of design and installation
The
project management and co-ordination of mechanical and electrical
design for design and build contractors and the on site
co-ordination of mechanical and electrical services installations
for both traditional and design and
build contracts.
Programming
Detailed programming
and time management by production and monitoring of detailed
co-ordinated programmes, including overall strategy programmes,
design control, construction and occupation
programmes.
Project
Management
The
overall planning, control and management of a project from
inception to occupation, ensuring delivery on time with strict
budget control and to the required standard, including advising on
the terms of appointment of all other consultants
required.
