Education

We have been appointed as Acting Deputy Estates Director for the University of Essex, overseeing a number of major projects including the commencement of a new Science Block and the completion of a substantial extension to existing sports facilities.  We have been responsible for a major new building for an established acting and drama school.  

We also provide the University of Essex Students' Union with a range of our consultancy services, most recently as project manager, quantity surveyor and CDM co-ordinator for the new unit at the Southend Campus.
